Making a web page is the main lesson in the third grading period. Through Microsoft frontpage we are able to make a web page. I then realized that making a web page is not easy. You need to patient enough to design a web page. I also learn that Microsoft Frontpage is very useful in making these designs. our work became faster, without this maybe we are now typing our HTML tags in our notepad.

In studying the web page designs, I encountered several problems. One of these is how to design. I don't know where to put the pictures and text in the web page. I also learned how important listening is. We encountered a problem when our web page is not correct, we din't follow then instructions. I asked Mrs. Vera Cruz about it and she explained everything. I should be attentive in my class. My number one problem is my time management. I cannot mange it properly.

Listening, learning, and time management, these are the thing that Iv'e done to settle these problems. Listening to instructions, learn in our own mistakes and by self improvement. Proper time management is one of the most important factor fixing these problems.

This grading period is a very busy grading period. Learning how to web page is not easy but the hardship done will harvest success if we will apply it in real life so that we are able to make our own frontpage in life.

Silent Night

"Silent Night, Holy night" This was a famous line from a Christmas song. We usually hear this songs during the month of December were in we celebrate Christmas.

Christmas is the day that our saviour Jesus Christ was Born. The Lord Send His onlySon to us to save us from our sins. In connection to this very important event in our life wwe celebrate Christmas every december 25. In this celebration we usually hear many Christmas terms Some of these are Carolling, noche buena, simbang gabi and others. In the streets we can see many children who are singing Christmas carols. Starting dec. 16 we attend simbang gabi 9 dawn mass in preparation to the Christmas day. we also attend Christmas party together with our classmate, officemates, and freinds. In our party we usually have our exchange give where in we give gifts to our love ones. In the C hristmas eve it will not be completed if we don't have Noche Buena. Aside from these we can celebrate Chistmas with its true escence. Christmas is sharing, loving and forgiving. Sharing, to the spirit of Christmas wwe should share the blessings that we recieved. In Christmas it is not only foods or ant materials that you can share but you must share love to others. In Christmas we must forgive the sins of others and we should ask forgiveness to our sins.

In celebrating Christmas it is not needed to celebrate it with many foods, and gifts, we can celebrate it simply by keeping Jesus Christ in our Hearts.

A STEP HIGHER

Last November 22-25 I attended the 8th Regional Students technologist and entrepreneur of the Philippines (STEP) Skills development and competition at Mangaldan National High School, Mangaldan Pangasinan. This is my second time and will be the last time to attend this event.

I am a member of Vigan city division who will compete in techno quiz. My other members were Jireh Virgillo Gascon II of IV Maxwell, Armani Nathaniel Martinez, and Clarrisa Adora Both from III Acacia. As I mention a while ago that this is my second time and probably my last time to attend this event. In 3rd year I attended this event in the same category. I am not sad about it instead I am happy we have a great bonding with my fellow delegates. I met many fiends and started a new friendship.

In our contest we admit that we don’t know the answer in some question, but some of the coaches including our coach complained to the administrator that our answer should be consider. After the contest we have no place. Right after the competition the coaches of the different division have their post conference. We are glad that we rank 4th place. In awarding the different winners, we expect that our names would be announced but we didn’t heard our names. The Ilocos Sur division that supposed to b the 1st place also complained. In the other hand Marino Raboy of IV Magat Salamat maintain his crown in hair trimming and facial make-up his model was Grace Palapala of II Lily, Mark Angelo Rabago Of IV-Rizal won 3rd in table skirting, Rommel Saldua of IV Magat Salamat Garnered 4th place in steel buster other participants were; Micheal Dinmar De Leon (electronic bookkeeping), Pauline Princess Farrales(miss step), Andreev Bajet (dish gardening), Francis Joe Berina (electronic postermaking).

P.S. We have receive a news that the administrators accept complains of the coaches, we are 4th place.

HTML:The Tags of Life

This second grading, I learn more things about ICT. Our subject ICT in second grading focuses in the HTML. The hypertext mark-up language or more commonly known as HTML. It contains tags, the basic coding unit in the HTML system. Some examples are

and a lot more, these are my discoveries in TLE subject.

In this field of study, I found Many problems. My major problems is how to manage may time. In the previous days, I was busy in doing some works and HTML needs to be studied seriously. I also encountered problems on how to use the HTML tags. I am a little bit bothered on where to put, when to put, what to put tags. If you have a mistake you should edit it because you will find fault in your results. I am confused with these tags, because their own functions and some of them I don't know their function.

In these problems until Now, I am very worried on how to solve these problems. Time is my major problem in solving these problems. However I find time to read and review my notes so that I will not be left behind. I also have some adjustment in my time so that I can study my lessons. These tags will be my lessons in life and I will apply it not in a notepad but in the real life.

Teachers are our second parents in school. They are angel in disguise. Why? because they teach us good moral values and they fill the empty spaces in our minds.

"Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime". This chinese proverb describe how powerful a teacher is . Our lessons that our teachers taught to us will not last bonly for a day but it lasts for a lifetime. Teachers have a significant role to the youth. They serve as our molder to be ready in our life. They serve as our guide in life. They serve as our hero in our life. Aside from our parents, teachers serve as hero to the youth. They save young minds in ignorancy. They save youth from evil forces that let the youth do bad things. Teachers help us enhance our talents and skills. They incalcate discipline to us. If there is no teacher there is no architect, doctor, nurse, engineer, and different occupations. Teachers set our body and mind active and raedy for our future life. Teachers help us to develop our self confidence to face our problems. Teachers make a student a good leader. They tranform us into a good leader Teachers are the peoplke behind the succesful people who excel in different terms

My teacher, My hero. The sacrifices that a teacher gave to us will never be paid by a simple token or a letter. Their love to us will stay in our mind. Those lessons that taught to us will be a legacy to us and we will never forget it. THANK YOU TO OUR DEAR TEACHERS.

Adapting to diverse science culture for development. This is the theme for the celebration of science month. The theme point out on adapting ourselves in a diverse science culture. Today we are living in a computer world wherein we are surrounded by technologies. These technologies were innovated by science. These innovations are product of diverse science culture. Our scientist continue their expedition in discovering the new world. Science has many contributions in our society. Yes, Many contributions. Without science we will never enjoy night w/o lights, we will never enjoy music, we cannot communicate through our cellphones, and we cannot surf in the Internet. Science made things possible just for us. In the continuous process of discovering science we should adapt ourselves in the diverse science culture for our development.

Even though that science explain these things there are still things that science cannot explain and only GOD can explain it.

FILIPINO LANGUAGE FROM BALER THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES

Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, these are the three largest islands composing the 7,107 islands of the Philippines archipelago. In this number of islands in the wonderful country of Philippines, there are over 50 native dialects but there is one national language and it is the Filipino language.

"Wikang filipino: mula baler hanggang buong bansa". This is the theme for the celebration of the Buwan ng wika. From baler, Baler the hometown of Manuel L. Quezon, he declared the Filipino language as our national language in our country. Through his initiative the Filipino language spread throughout the country. As a Filipino citizen we should respect, obey, and enhance our knowledge in our own language. Yes , some of us are not aware of our own language. Today we have been influenced by different languages indeed we made our own language known as " JARGONS'. In commemorating the month's celebration, we should give respect to our own language, on how we will improve it, how does it evolve from Baler throughout the Philippines

We should promote our own language so that it is not only spread in the Philippines but also in the whole world.
